Do I have to be a LICENSED Real estate agent to use it?

Yes. You must have an Active Real Estate License to subscribe and use ChatREA.

what states does chatrea currently support?

Currently ChatREA is only available to Real Estate Agents who have an Active License in the State of Florida. We will be expanding soon.

is chatrea a standalone app?

No. Currently ChatREA can be used via Telegram and Messenger.

HOW DO I INSTALL CHATREA

Once you have subscribed you will receive a welcome email that will take you through the steps. Please check your spam for the Welcome Email from ChatREA.

can i only use chatrea on one platforM?

No. You can go between Telegram or Messenger and ChatREA will never miss a beat! Telegram is our preferred host platform.

Messenger does not seem to setup automatically

Correct there is a simple chat to support via Messenger that is explained in the welcome email. During normal business hours it will be live within minutes. Telegram procedure is automatic which os one of the many reasons why it is our preferred host platform.

what is meant by form/graphic generation in the plans?

A Form is and Real Estate Form generated through the system. Such as an Addendum to Contract. A Graphic is any Graphic generated using Market Statistics for a City or County or a Newsletter.

How do i generate a graphic based on market stats?

From the Main Menu hit 1 for Marketing and then 1 again for Market Stats Content Creator. Then choose a Graphic.
